To start, if you are lost among the countless number of programs on the Internet and in magazines, **SP Training will offer you programs adapted and approved** by hundreds of people, according to your availability and your level. Each exercise present in these programs is presented in video and in writing so that you know exactly what they work and why you are doing them. And if the 250 exercises presented are not enough, you have the possibility to create your own. From there, depending on your experience in bodybuilding, the application will force you to note everything you do during the sessions. This means your number of sets, repetitions, your recovery time (a timer is integrated) but also the difficulty felt at each exercise (RPE), a factor that is essential for programming your progression. Because indeed, methodology is an important, if not mandatory, part of any good training program.
