Landscape mode not working. Can't book using iOS app
A) Landscape mode doesn't work, it rotates briefly then returns to portrait.
B) You can't book sessions using the app. The grey bar with 'done' covers the red button at the bottom of the screen so it's not possible to progress further in the iOS app.Cheesynobcream
Great when it works
Been using the app since October 2023, when my lad started karting, features like live race and driver display are great when he’s out on track, so you can keep track of lap times and positioning. However, these features have not been working since before Christmas at the Nottingham track, so having to rely on emails at the end of the session for the lap timesShow lessFlylife_79
Can we get the bugs fixed
The auto rotate function has stopped working on Both of my iPhones (both phones up to date) which is so annoying when trying to watch live timings! You can see the fastest lap!!! Please get this fixed asap!
When paying via card, the app asks what country the card is registered in and the UK is right at the end of the list!!! And takes an age to scroll to. We are members so book on a regular basis and it’s a real pain! How many countries and proportion of your customers are not in the Uk? Can it be listed at the top of the list pls ??
When booking, annoyingly, the final confirmation button hides under the screen border/done button/swipe menu of the phone on my iPhone 11 - making it near impossible to confirm the booking. You have to try to scroll the booking screen up and then hit the confirm button before it disappears down behind the menu again. Can often take multiple attempts (5-10) before you catch it right! Live timing landscape issue still there Needs better payment interface. PayPal or Apple Pay as well but very useful appxc2xs
Please fix landscape mode on iOS
The app really is useless trackside when you cannot switch to landscape mode. At first it flickers then reverts to portrait. Further attempts doesn’t nothing. Please fix.TimXT
Still no landscape view
As already said by others, been broke since the last update. Even made TeamSport aware over the phone 3 weeks ago!!!!

Landscape mode needs fixing on iOS
Hi all, after the last update last week (the one that fixed the broken app) landscape mode no longer works on iOS devices. While your there, any chance we can get a way to easily switch logins (it a real pain atm, particularly if you are booking for more than one person who has an account - in my case it’s my daughter and I).
And also… pretty please, with sugar on, set it so as the payment system can read saved cards. Scrabbling around for the physical card every time is a nightmare.Show lessXR219
No Apple Pay or saved cards option for booking
Pretty good app but couldn’t get out of some screens without restarting and having to enter card details every time I book is a pain as I don’t carry my cards. Apple pay or even using saved card details would be easier.Stevevharris
Great, but could be better
I love racing at Teansport and the app definitely adds to the experience, but could be made even better with a few changes:-
Ability to pay with Apple Pay, or at least to save card details.
Ability to look up some data on other racers, such best times etc.
The driver display is clunky, and difficult to use while on track.Show lessDeranged clown
Can be a lot better
App was fine but now it’s asking for me to choose the location of which teamsport (mine is sheffield) when I press this it stays on 25% and doesn’t go any further so now I can’t even get onto the app. I would also like to see a difference with the fastest lap times. I’ve only done international circuit but I don’t wanna lose record of my lap time if I end up on the smaller tracks. I think they should have record of lap times for each variant of the trackShow lessash pog
