Lap times not recorded
This app seemed to work well when first installed (2020) but for the past year or so every time I’ve been to a TeamSport location it hasn’t saved my races or times. I’ve tried contacting TeamSport but heard nothing back, also tried logging in through Facebook but it says the app is being developed and is unable to log in that way. Overall I think this app is not being maintained but could have been a good platform to enjoy looking at times etc. Disappointing

Hi guys, great app.
The driver display function is great, just worry about having my phone mounted to the kart to see it. I have headphones in my helmet and it would be great if the app told me my lap time audibly, so rather than having my phone mounted to the go kart, I could have my phone in my pocket and just listen to my lap times.
Please could you implement this, it would be a game changer

Forced to download an app
Terrible customer experience by forcing people to download an app. There should at least be an alternative non-app option. Then asked to give away personal details including a picture. The user journey isn’t intuitive either, so takes a little while to register.
Great app, needs tweaks.
Love the app, and most of the features on it. Only slight tweak would be for showing the fastest lap. If you are at a track which has three versions of its circuit. It would be nice for it to distinguish which version you are on and show the fastest lap for each one. So if you go on your profile you would see Club - Fastest Lap, Le Man - Fastest Lap, International - Fastest Lap. This would be nice to differentiate between them.

Needs better payment
It would be nice to have more options to pay when booking, like Apple Pay, PayPal. It’s a pain filling in the details every time you want to book. Apart from that the app is ok, there are times when it refuses to show live times.
Who designed this appalling app!
It has the potential to be a really fun app. The idea of your times, podiums etc is great, but why does every site need a separate profile. I use Warrington mostly, but go elsewhere as well. But if I go to Manchester for example I need to set up a new profile with pictures etc….
Why doesn’t all of your results from all of the sites go no one chart.. instead you’ve got to keep switching profiles to see how many podiums etc you have a different sites instead did being able to see a total for all the sites.
The booking feature and use of codes is extremely temperamental. It will freeze whilst you’re making a booking. Then lock you out from making that booking for 20 minutes.

Great fun
Great place for a fun day out, been three times, have booked to go again. Helpful staff, clean and tidy environment. Thanks to Andy who is a great chap and helped us out.
Room for improvement
This app started off quite good after a few minor problems to begin with but was soon rectified...
But now there is nothing but problems requires a update and or bug fix and this will be a 4 star right now I can only give it 3 and that is being generous

Well put together
Started off when the app was newly out that I couldn’t log in however that has been fixed and the app works almost perfectly. A few features I imagine are for later updates so it can seem a little bare. Biggest critique is the ranking as the top times can easily and quickly be filled with lap times that have glitched. However the rest of the app is pretty well thought out and put together, it has many cool and interesting features and keeps track of a lot of personal stats and driver achievements. Well worth the download

What an experience!
This app perfectly compliments a visit to my favourite Karting centre and makes the check-in super simple. So good having it all in one place. Quick and easy to share my lap times 👌
