Lying about subscription price
At first glance it says the annual subscription is $24.95 a year, then when you press continue to confirm it states the price is $40.99!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting and deceptive!!!

Once you download, the first prompt is to subscribe. You can’t do anything free first.

Before than click “continue “ button, they use Small font to tell you, it will cost you 22.99 dollars! And this app unusable! Worst! This app cost your money!
Doesn’t work
When I try to scan something it goes to a page offering premium service. There is no way to get off the page. It does this every time. Bad app
Not a free app
Don’t bother downloading if you wanted to try for free. It asks for money to use it on the very first scan. Very misleading.
Rubbish app
Installed ok, first time use, allow camera and after first scan ask for a subscription. I’m not subscribing without trying.
Misleading
Free to download then try to sting u straight away with a subscription, without the option of trying. Wouldn’t bother.
Not freemium
Misleading app by being free to download with in app purchases I expected a freemium model. However, as soon as you try scan your first product to get started you are left with no option but to subscribe to the annual membership (which it says is $25 but when the purchase actually comes up is $46). Might be an unintentional error in the design that this occurs but doesn’t change the fact that I had no option but to purchase a membership or delete the app. I opted to delete.
