Doesn’t recognise my domain name absolutely uselessCalendar integration

App is showing the dates i have clocked in however its not showing the times i clocked in and out.

Hi Jadey Have you clicked on the "Recent Activity" tab? In there you should see:- The Date of the clocking on the left header, then: -The Store you clocked in at on the left -The Clock-in time on the right -The clock-out time on the right. For some reason, I can not see what Apple phone model you are using, if you can let us know I will do another check using that model. Simon MillsNo internet connection
This app decides when it wants to work. When I have full and good internet connection, it can often say no connection or cannot find server and when you retry to connect it seems like it’s frozen as nothing happens. There’s also been occasions where I’ve discovered I’ve been clocked out by the app when I’ve gone to clock out as it’s asking me to clock in, and then hours later it’s found connection and I’m still clocked in 12 hours later. Sometimes I’ve been able to able to clock in but not clock out. In theory it seems good but thankfully there’s a sign in sheet at work incase the app doesn’t work- nobody seems to be able to clock in properly with this app and we all sign in and out regardless of whether the app is working. The app works. But it is awfully slow. Clocking in and out at the start and end of your shift is really really REALLY slow. Its ridiculous. Please fix this.Developer Response

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. When you say "logging out" do you mean "clocking out"? There is no need to "log out" each day just "Clock Out" when you have ended your shift. If you need more help please let us know or talk to your store manager who may be able to help.Not recommended
