This app does not work. Extremely stressful app that needs looking at. I have to uninstall and reinstall whenever I want to use the app once, as closing and re opening causing the app to fail to boot. Poor codingSquaddies_Wife

I have downloaded this app for my work I type in my domain and then it comes up with my domain but it has a authenticating loading screen and I can’t do anything. Any suggestions ?Asims2291

Hi, Can you see the login screen? If you can then you should just need to log in with your user name and password or use your single sign on link (if applicable). If you are not getting a login page then please check the domain you have keyed in and try again. Failing all of that I would suggest you talk to your store manager and see if they can help you.5 Star
