Our school seems to have disappeared off the app
Ok so this isn’t a new complaint- we first experienced this issue late last year. App just stopped opening, then I deleted it, and re-installed back to the iPhone. I contacted the it dept at the school and also the app developer. All the indications for updated version of app vs the version of iPhone were met- however on re-installing my sons school is completely missing from the school list.
The app worked well when I had access to it and I never really had any issues with drilling down as others reported. It’s somewhat annoying as I like the convenience of the app rather than opening another tab, and logging in every time- especially as we are using the app more in these next 2 years.
Would love it if you could contact me to re-visit this issue and I hope resolve it. Fingers crossed as it’s a great product when it works!Show lessEloise79

After the new update on both app and website simon takes a lot longer to load and it makes it harder to check basic thingsGoooob1212039

Hi Goooob1212039, I'm sorry to hear that you are having so much trouble. Based on some of our internal metrics the app is much faster and a lot more stable than it was 6 months ago, but it's still not perfect. My school uses Simon so when I try to get the app I need a phone number to log in, but I only have an email address so is it possible to add an email option as well please.Bp&vvfani&iwaip

Hi Bp&vvfani&iwaip thanks for your suggestion. We would have loved if you could have sent this in via our feedback form rather than giving us a 1 star review. It's in our development pipeline to add Google/Facebook/Twitter/Email login alongside phone number. Currently the app uses the phone for SMS verification. Regards, Simon Everywhere Support
