Hard to scan, confusing

Scanning worked initially but when I got to confirmation scan at the end, I was unable to get the scan to work so I had to start over again and again. I’m using an iPhone 12, tried turning off and on and reinstalling app. Nothing worked. I tried again and could not get the first scan to work.Mister Learner

App is horrible
It takes 10 min of trying to hold the card next to phone for it to finally read the card every timejeff11123

Outdated documentation, mysterious failure
The app can’t scan my card, but the online FAQ says it should only be a problem for XR and XS phones, which is not what I have. Stuck having to find a manned service station to swap out my card, which is pretty frustrating late at night.Art Carney
Works great and easy to use for English speaker
