- A Share button has been added to allow sharing a specific CRS Rescuesheet with other CRS users, who have also installed this software update on their mobile device, through a link in a text-based app. - The title of the component information screen now has the same colour as the relevant component in the CRS Rescuesheet. - Small graphical improvements. - Various improvements in the scheduler for downloading data updates in the background (Apple iOS). - After a request from the local fire brigade on these islands, it is now possible to retrieve number plates from the Faroe Islands. - A Recovery button has been added in the Road Assist Edition Rescuesheets.

Description of Crash Recovery System

After a traffic accident, seconds make the difference between life and death, full recovery or a lifelong handicap of the (trapped) victim(s). Rescue & recovery services (Fire Services, Police, Towing services) must act safely and quickly. Unfortunately modern vehicles with their advanced safety systems and/or alternative propulsionsystems pose a potential safety risk after the crash. CRASH RECOVERY SYSTEM With the Crash Recovery System App, rescue & recovery services can quickly access all relevant vehicle information directly at the scene. Using an interactive top- and sideview of the vehicle, the exact location of rescue-relevant vehicle components is shown. Clicking on a component shows detailed information and self-explaining photos. Additional information is available to indicate how to safely deactivate all propulsion- and safety systems in the vehicle.
