Lost 770 Billion coins!!!!
Ever since the last update I’ve lost over 700,000,00,000 coins!!!!
I’ve sent an email but am still waiting for a reply... 3 days ago!
Where are my coins???? I’ve had to watch hundreds if Not thousand of your ads to only go from over 7 Billion to 198 Billion!!!!

Lost coins!!
Last night I went to bed with over 25,000,000,000,000
and when I opened the app to play today, I had only 4,445,000,000,000 coins. Without playing, overnight I lost 21,000,000,000,000 coins. What happened????
Suddenly, without notice I lost a bundle!!!!
I there was an update, why did I lose the majority of my coins. There’s something drastically wrong with this app!

I like. most of the games on this app. and have been playing for months. the games pay out well and the bonus games pay well. the only problem is that it has taken chips from me on four different occasion. this last time I found that I lost 55 billion chips on reopening the game!!!! PLAYER BEWARE!!!

Missing Points
Over 2 Trillion points just disappeared from my account. Also, missing levels. This Happened today January 25, 2020 approximately 12:00 - 3:00pm in Melbourne Australia. While on WiFi ADAD 5G at Dixy and Jeffreys house. I was not on WiFi when I made theses points. Also, This happened on my tablet. My I phone and tablet were not synced. They still show different amounts of points on them! I worked very hard for those points I would like to have them and my levels back ASAP please!

Fun but points taken back without playing!
I was up close to 6 trillion points and overnight with the iPhone off, games were locked I unlocked long ago and 4 trillion were removed from my account. Despite numerous attempts to reach customer service- they have done nothing! I will delete if nothing happens soon. I enjoyed the games and would have rated it much higher but losing that many points without playing is ridiculous!

I really love this APP!
I think this is one of the best Casino Apps, up until a couple of days ago anyway. I was playing game and what watching a video for a turbo boost and as soon as the video was over my app reset somehow and took away about half of my winnings. I was at a bit over 350 some odd billion $$ and it reset to 245 and some odd $ and took away three machines that I had unlocked. I want it back please! I sent an email and have had NO response.

Blackouts
I enjoy playing this game but it blacks out constantly, especially when you start winning big. As if that wasn’t enough, when you log back in, it takes your previous winnings!!! I’d like to keep playing but if this problem is not fixed, I will delete this game!!! Also, you can’t bet what you want, only what it allows.

After writing the above review, the problem was fixed!!! Not one blackout and it was fixed in the same day!!! Thank you!!!! I truly enjoy this game. I guess I’ll be playing for some time now. 😊😊

I am having problems with your offers and ads. several times I lost my second spin after watching the short video and lost offers because the ad goes to black screen. I have to log out then log back in and by then the offer is gone. I just recently found your app and would like to continue playing. I hope you can resolve this problem.

Need help
I deleted this game. I was at level 89 and the following day I dropped to level 79 plus the money I lost! I deleted the game and reloaded it. It didn’t work now I’m starting over! When I tried the support function it won’t open up.
Can someone help me get back to level 89.
Please I really like the game.

Thank you for giving back to your patrons in chips as we enjoy ourselves. I am one that playing the games help relax my nerves, thank you again. Beats taking medications! As much as I enjoy this game I wish there was a way to slow down the free spins. Nothing I do stops those spins until the last one is finished and I just don’t like it going so fast.
