This app has always worked for me. Until today. It has been loading under “completing app update” for over three hours. Restarted my phone. Went from WiFi to 5g cellular and nothing worked. So for that I’m going 1 until it’s fixed…
Haven’t been able to access the app since the last update last week.
I haven’t able to use this app since they updated it last week. It will not connect. Deleted and reinstalled with no luck.
Bring back the buttons
Do not like the new format where you have to scroll down the page to deposit checks and pay things. Bring back the button bar above the transactions.

not a fan of the new debit rewards. it takes forever to earn enough points
External Transfer Fee
Great bank but they charge a $4 fee for external transfers. Have never been charged by any bank for this. Otherwise would have been five stars.
Mobile deposit
I have found that these are so much easier and faster and much less expensive than wiring money back-and-forth between my accounts.
