The scanner at the facility does not pick up the qr code to receive points. I tried scanning and it never works. Needs to be a better way to earn points. Maybe input your phone number into machine at the car wash.Loveit23

The old version worked great. The update is a joke. Crashes all the time. Unlinked my AAA membership and every time I try to reinstall. The app crashes every time I try to type it in.H Crocker
Hope you get this app fixed
A Fins just opened up near us so i decided to download the app. It’s very buggy and when I click on the locations tab it causes to app to crash. Hopefully they step up and put some effort into fixing the app.Smcgettric

It doesn’t let me login. It’s so hard to find the login page and the barcode. I sit at the pay station blocking cars because it takes so long and then I give up. App is a piece of trashThisismy nickmane

Bug fixes? I can’t even log in at the freakin car wash I’m visiting. How about making the app not log you out every time you update it? Wouldn’t that be a good big fix…

Buggy and never fixes problems
As a former fins car wash employee I’ve had so many battles with the app and specifically with the barcode alone. It needs to be smaller for the barcode readers and they don’t seem to get it almost as if they never tested the app themselves. After leaving the wash I’d still go there to wash my car with the new license plate reader but it just kicks me out everytime I try to login and it has happened with so many others as wellShow lessHahsjsidjcuwjxydnjdidksj
Waste of an app and loyalty program
The app bar code never scans at a Fins car wash. The new license plate recognition that is supposed to supersede this doesn’t work. I try to enter my plate info and it kicks me to sign in (even though I’m signed in), once I sign in again it takes me to the main menu. When I got to do the license plate recognition it kicks me back to the sign in again. It is an endless loop.Show lessbailcam
