App doesn’t work
As a 30 year member of AAA, I have tried at least a dozen times to use this app at FINS for a member discount, and it DOES NOT WORK!
I have the latest version of the app so I can’t understand why it won’t accept my membership verification.
I’ll try to remove the app from my phone and reinstall it. If that doesn’t work, I will go to another car wash.Show lessJerryA907
Doesn't do anything
You can't buy a car wash, subscribe to the monthly car wash club, or manage your account.
As far as I can tell it just shows you prices that you would pay if you were in the Fins parking lot. There’s no interactivity at all.

Can’t create account
App just keeps looping me to a blank screen... at the bottom of the blank screen, it says “continue as guest,” so I click that, hoping there’s will be a sign up link. Nope. Just another page telling me that I should sign up, so I click “sign in” which brings me to a blank page w/“continue as guest” at the bottom.
I tried checking the “rewards” tab & other tabs, with no luck. Just a white screen with no place to actually sign up.Show lessSocarroll

I have seen it while they were building one in Nc and i saw a facebook advertisement for a free fins top wash if i downloaded the app. What makes me super happy about fins is that it says if you are not happy with the wash bring it back for free. Which to me if i ever give it a try means i will have a clean vehicle since many wash places around nc they dont wash vehicles as well as they should and would need another run into the wash. Awesome place!
Was in town on vacation and needed a car wash. Fins was just down the street so I decided to give them a go, and boy was I impressed. Super nice facility, employees were quick and nice, and my car came out great!ohio567
