Yet Another Glitch - August 26 Update
No new levels again. What is gping on?
Level 12,541. My team is stuck there. Unable to play. Exactly what happened at level 10,000. That was your last update. Now another message to update. When clicked it takes player to this space and no update! How are you going to fix this and when? Please, just a tiny bit of respect for those loyal to your franchise and this game. Please read. Five stars if you’ve played a long time.
My sister has played this game for a while, a LONG while! I just started playing recently. It’s so much fun, and it’s addictive. You have 3 hours to play each day, so use those hours wisely. There aren’t any ads unless you want them to help you through a level. Before this game, I played two others, and now I can’t even play them. This is the perfect game.
HOWEVER! I don’t think the people who make this game want new players. My sister and I play while we listen to audiobooks, and she’s wayyyy ahead of me. But she remembered how it was when she started. And she gets more time every other treasure chest. It’s 20 minutes, a power up, and coins. When she’s gone to a huge level, she’ll get an hour, or sometimes two hours, and much better power up and more coins.
I’ve gotten up there in levels, but they’ve CHANGED IT! I never get more time, and the power ups aren’t as good, and the coins aren’t as much. I know 3 hours is a lot, but it get harder and if you didn’t have that time, no one would keep playing. But audiobooks take a while, and we like to listen and play. The problem is, I’m not getting the things she does. I don’t even get what she does in the chest on the side. I get 10 coins, and she gets 30 minutes of a big bomb. It’s not right.
For her, it’s a five star game. For me, it’s about a 2.5 and I’m thinking of going back to my other games. To reduce the gifts is just ridiculous, and it’s not at all okay.Show lessZah1324
REBRAND THIS TEAM NAME TO INCREASE DOWNLOADS
This is the only app of its kind that does not have udates and upgrades. This results in glitches that stop game play for long periods of time. Right now everyone on my team is getting server error messages making it impossible to find or see teams. Nobody can join teams if they cannot see them.
The downloads of this app are abysmal compared to such as Angry Birds Dream Blast of which this is a clear offshoot.
Rebrand this app. Angry Birds Sugar Blast would increase downloads. It needs brand recognition to sell. Then, perhaps you would care about it. Or, just do away with it. So outrageous.Show lessUsed to be good
I used to love this game. Now I will get stuck on a level for months, before I can pass it. I’ve spent money and I ended up having to continue multiple times to pass a level. That’s absolutely ridiculous. If a level can’t be passed without using 7, yes 7 continues, it should be a level. Having to spend money in order to pass is stupid. Now, this last week, I have logged in to play every single day and can’t get passed the “Day 1” reward. Usually I can get to day 3 before it resets itself. So I’m done playing a game that impossible to pass without spending money and getting screwed out of the rewards.Show lessbzebe30

Update 5/31-They finally updated the app and everyone above lvl 9999 can play again! Changed from 1 to 4 stars because it is a great game!
Update: Still have not heard back from customer service about this problem. In the past they always responded right away. Not anymore! Seems lije they are avoiding their loyal customers.
As a lot of others have written, this update you are requiring to even open the game is not available! I can’t even get to support to write in about the issue. A lot of us have spent money in this game and deserve to be able to use it! There hasn’t been any updates in over a year and now this! Level 9999 crash!
I liked this game…until I got to 9999. I was told to update before I could play but there is no update. It has been almost 2 weeks now and still nothing from support. They say they’re working on it…meanwhile I’m locked out.
