Second, you'll slowly learn how they are defining their fillers and drainers. For example, they may list affection as a filler but it may take time to learn what type of affection they desire most. Third, you'll slowly start changing your behavior to maximize their fillers and minimize the drainers. If couples are intentional, it usually takes 8-12 weeks to get their love buckets filled consistently. Changing behavior in relationships can be challenging. However, this couples app will help through regular communication on how well you both are doing filling up one another's love buckets.
