Mileage tracker is rediculous

So, it seems great to have your mileage tracked by your phone and be able to report back to work. Really convenient, right? It is, until you get on a plane and fly, or walk the dog. Suddenly you presented with a choice, is this business or personal mileage. Neither, but no option than these 2. Work has stopped using.

Can’t even log in

After this last update, you can’t even login to the app. Keeps telling me I’m offline. As a business traveler, this is very inconvenient. Wish my company would find something that actually works.

Really buggy

We use this app for our company, and I have an issue with it crashing on me almost every time I try to do an expense report. Today it won’t even allow me to open my transactions on the app - it just crashes immediately. If it would actually work consistently it would be a perfectly fine app, but it’s lack of reliability heavily overshadows any good aspect.

Super buggy

My company has used expensepoint for several years now. There have always been bugs with the app but they were easy to work around in the past. The new version of the app is terrible! If I add a receipt to an expense and then click the receipt again to see it larger it crashes. Now all of a sudden when I add receipts to expenses they aren’t staying attached to the expense. We are fed up with the product and looking to make a change soon.

Really buggy

Lots of glitches and user experience is quite poor.
Mileage checker in particular crashes a lot and is unusable.

Old app was better

I’m an iPhone user and if I’m in expense then I can’t go back because I don’t have a back button.

Still many issues

I have to use this app for work but it keeps failing and it is rather annoying. I wish updates were thoroughly tested prior to being released. This does not appear to be the case.

Expense Point is so buggy.

I cannot begin to tell you how much time I waste trying to input a single expense. The consistent counsel I receive to address bugs is “delete the expense point app and reinstall.” My suggestion... delete the app, don’t reinstall. One unearned star

Can’t add receipts to expenses

Currently unable to add receipts for the receipt wallet to an expense - the only option is to delete the receipt. Useless in its current form.

Do Not Upgrade

Product does not work do not bother with the upgrade, stick with the older one.
