App Freezes
We love this app for submitting work orders and communicating with the maintenance team, however as an assistant property manager I find the app very unhelpful as every time I take pictures for inspections the app freezes and crashes. This causes me to lose all pictures and text I have entered for that section. This app needs major updates and improvements.Show lessDeveloper Response

I have continuously had issues when trying to view the activity of a task. It just keeps “loading” and will never actually open so I can’t see the activity of the tasks.Developer Response

The app is good but it keeps freezing up, especially when conducting inspection projects or uploading pictures. You tap and tap and it doesn’t respond and it has to be closed and reopened multiple times, which makes it very frustrating and inconvenient.Developer Response
