Poorly Built, Poorly Managed
About a month after moving in, I could no longer sign in to the app, despite being able to sign in to the site with the same credentials. I wasn't able to reset or recreate my account even after scattered but repeated attempts with Avalon support and my leasing office. Eventually we all gave up.
I use their site instead, which lacks some critical features for maintenance and reservations in addition to being equally poorly built.
I don't know what they spend our money on, but it wasn't to build this app.
