  • Poorly Built, Poorly Managed

    The app is poor quality, poorly supported, and also the only way to do a lot of things.

    About a month after moving in, I could no longer sign in to the app, despite being able to sign in to the site with the same credentials. I wasn't able to reset or recreate my account even after scattered but repeated attempts with Avalon support and my leasing office. Eventually we all gave up.

    I use their site instead, which lacks some critical features for maintenance and reservations in addition to being equally poorly built.

    I don't know what they spend our money on, but it wasn't to build this app.

  • Lack of important features.

    This app won’t let you upload pictures. You can only take a picture at the time of creating a ticket. Also, you can only take one picture. Please enable the ability to not only take but also upload pictures and allow to have the ability to upload at least more than 1 picture.
  • Easy to use but missing basic features

    Giving the app 1 star only due to the fact that you can’t upload videos of issues that need to be fixed. Also, you can’t select photos from your phone that you’ve already taken. It forces you to use the app to take a photo when writing maintenance requests.
  • App won't allow me to sign in

    In addition to the issues others have mentioned, now the app will not allow me to sign in at all.

    I can log into the website using a browser - but using the same login information I cannot log into the app. 👎👎
  • Lacks basic feature to upload a photo

    Why does this app lack a very basic feature in allowing me to upload a photo of my issue.

    I need to upload a photo of something in the garage but there is no signal there so it doesn't make sense for me to open the app and take a photo then and there..

    Also, why does it only allow you to take only one photo? Do they think everything I need the maintenance crew to work on will be captured in one picture?

  • Annoying

    This app just randomly ditched me. I’ve been at the same complex for 5 years. Suddenly, the app cannot find my email in the system and forgot password functions don’t work either. I even tried to sign up as a new user and it keeps sending links to my email to verify and the site won’t even pick that up either. This is bad. I need my work orders done asap and can’t even enter them because of this weird systems error.

  • Terrible App and Service

    Attempting to use App for last 3 days to put in simple service request.
    My wife is able to get into App but it
    hangs up in the policy page. Previously she was able to put in a service request, but not now.
    The app will not recognize my Avalon access account that I use website. It states it is sending me an email but it doesn’t appear.
    The 2.3 rating is probably too generous.

  • Can’t pass Covid page to submit request

    Rending the app useless for submitting requests. I deleted it and reinstalled but nothing helps.
    When it works, even though not very intuitive it works great.
  • Impossible to submit requests for service

    Have to make several attempts before being able to submit a request for service, and sometimes that doesn’t even work. App remains stuck on a Covid disclosure screen. Very inconvenient!
  • iphone 13 mini Submit button barely visible

    hi,
    just wanted to give you a minor feedback: on my iphone 13 mini, when i enter a message for a service request, the “Done” or submit button is behind the keyboard. I can only see about 15-20 pixels of the top of the button.
