  • Apartment is not updated

I moved to another apartment in same apartment complex (same landlord) from one bedroom to two bedroom, and leasing office has already updated my apartment number in the system from 532 to 212 but Resident App didn’t update my profile, they have done their part but still Resident App showing my old apartment number. So not impressed from this application.

  • Needs work

Needs way to cancel service requests
  • Can’t rate in iOS 12

Please update before major iOS releases! Otherwise good app I like the minimal design and it’s super simple. Normally these types of things are bulky and over complicated so thank you for the good design!
  • Gets the job done

Pretty solid but needs some more basic features. Should be able to tap the tracking number and have it take you to the carrier website. Should be able to upload a photo from camera roll rather than having to take the picture right then. Among other small grievances.
  • Does not work for iPhone 7

When I attempt to register my account via the app, I am directed to an email link which states “confirm email address”. Once I hit confirm, I am not directed to a section that allows you to create a profile. Instead it directs me to a location that asks me to create a demo.
  • Doesn't really work.

In an emergency situation, on a Sunday morning with the temperature well below freezing my heat went out and I needed assistance and was forced into the world of this non functioning app. I found myself stuck and in a bad situation. I did my best to reach out to the developers of the app to inform them that an important feature of the app was to chat with our maintenance department. The send button was inoperative so therefore no communication could be engaged. They have no means nearly what So ever to communicate with the public via there website and I ended up just posting a message to them on Google plus . I'm going to contact Apple and object to their app and lobby for its removal from the Apple app store.

  • Has problems that need to be addressed

It's a good way to communicate with the complex but there are some issues. The biggest that needs to be addressed now is adding comments. I have open maintenance requests and I can't communicate with the maintenance team via the comments in the app. I have to get my computer out and login thru the billing system to comment. Also, the verbage used for Urgent requests need to be edited. The customer and the apt view doesn't match in regards to urgent requests. I've lived here for two years and just found out that the "is it harmful" section is actually the "is it urgent" section.

  • Keeps crashing

This app doesn't work on my iPhone 7. It keeps crashing. For instance, want to open that package notification? Nope. Crashing. Found out your office made a note on something for you? Good luck because you'll never be able to see it.
  • Look Great, Never Get Response!!

The app itself looks and feels great, although I never get ANY response for package notification (picked up multiple packages over a few months from the leasing office and NEVER get any notification from this app), maintenance request response, or even calling the leasing office didn't work!!!

It would be great and useful if someone from the Views of Naperville will integrate this app to their system!!!

  • Fantastic app!

I can take pictures of my apartment issues and communicate with the site staff all in one app. Plus it looks amazing!
