  • Useless app that could’ve been a PWA

    It doesn’t allow proper password manager usage- I had to delete the last character and add it manually for it to allow me to log in. It even zooms when I really don’t want it to zoom. It shouldn’t zoom like a webpage in an app.

    This app is what happens when a useless product manager says “make me an app” just because they want one even though the devs fight and say they don’t need an app.

    This could’ve been a progressive web app instead.

  • Login is tricky. Ok app

    This app is not compatible with Password Managers making it quite a bit of an effort to login. App itself is ok allowing you to submit service requests. UX could be better.

    This app collects a lot of personal data that is not necessary for its function.

    There is no way to contact the developer for issues.

  • Wow, it’s bad.

    So I signed up and verified my email, but it requires you to search for your property instead of simply logging in like every other service I’ve ever seen. Once set up, I’m just brought to a glorified webpage that’s extremely zoomed in and I have to pinch my phone screen to zoom out and login properly. Once finally logged in, the page is just a giant glorified webpage, zoomed in again, and it’s a pain in the neck to use. I’m just going to delete the app. I’ll use my apartment complex’s web portal. This is terrible.

  • This company clearly doesn’t care about customer experience

    Sloppy, ugly, slow app. Clearly no investments have been made to improve the customer experience. DISAPPOINTED.
  • Password recovery

    Me and the office personal at my residence have not been able to figure out why my app will not let us access it. We’ve tried to change the password, etc and NOTHING works.

    Normally I don’t have an issue but for some reason app will not load up. I’ve uninstalled the app and turn off device and I can’t submit a work order. 😔

  • Quick and Efficient

    I like the fact that I can submit a request and have maintenance quickly know what needs to be done, especially when you can provide a photo of what needs to be fixed. The only downside is that the ability to select from your photo library is not yet available. But other than that a simple app to use. Love to see it!

  • Can’t Log In

    Can’t log in at all now on this app since the last update. It’s easier to just use Safari and log in through the website instead. 👎
