  • Needs Photo Upload Ability

    This app is pretty good, my main issue with it is you cannot upload photos when submitting a maintenance ticket, rather you have to take the picture at the time you are creating the ticket. Sometimes it’s easier to take a picture or video and then submit the ticket later which is why being able to upload would be great.

    Also, it would be nice to be able to upload more than one photo at a time. The ability to upload videos would also be helpful.

  • App is Useless

    Had no problem earlier in the year signing up and linking it to my account with my apt complex but several weeks ago I was somehow logged out of it automatically for some unknown reason and I have had nothing but issues with it trying to log back in to the app. The mobile website works fine if I log into it or my account with my apt complex that way but that’s it. I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall, called my apt complex office and they’ve reset my password and sent my links to start over and the app is not recognizing my phone number, email or even my used ID.

  • No emails

    I got this app through my apartment complex and it won’t let me sign up, I have never received any emails, I even checked my spam folder, nothing. So I haven’t been able to sign up and it just says “doesn’t match our records.” That is because I haven’t been able to complete my sign up progress. I need this addressed as Soon as possible.

    lol this app is trash. Literally stuck on opening screen with their really original logo.

    The app doesn’t even open. I’ve tried deleting and downloading it again multiple times.

    This app does not work at all and is completely worthless.

    When it works, the app is fine, otherwise, it just sits at the blank white screen with the logo and won't open the actual app itself.

    I downloaded this once I got an invite from my leasing office. I had another issue and went to open the app to submit it and the app won’t open. I deleted it and reinstalled still won’t open.
  • No longer works on my iPhone 10

    This app no longer works on my iPhone 10xs since it has updated.
  • Can’t open app

    I was trying to contact the maintenance team after our dishwasher started to spark. The app won’t even open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still have the same issue. Not effective in emergency situations.
