  • Useless app that could’ve been a PWA

    It doesn’t allow proper password manager usage- I had to delete the last character and add it manually for it to allow me to log in. It even zooms when I really don’t want it to zoom. It shouldn’t zoom like a webpage in an app. This app is what happens when a useless product manager says “make me an app” just because they want one even though the devs fight and say they don’t need an app. This could’ve been a progressive web app instead of an “app” built with ionic.

  • Stupid annoyance

    The online system worked just fine. There was no reason to use the system. This is without regard to individuals, age income, or capacity to access the Internet to make this so-called system work. Being able to link from the website for the building would be super helpful. It is hard to believe this is improved to the previously excellent service record that the Avalon at Albemarle has provided.

  • Needs A Lot

    App crashes/only live updates half the time. I have to close and reopen the app constantly to get up to date feed.

    When trying to add comments to open work orders, the screen constantly zooms in or out and prevents the user from scrolling as well, effectively making 1/3 of the app impossible to see or interact with as it's completely off screen. This includes the send button when typing as well as actually seeing what I'm typing. Both are off screen. Have to close and reopen app for this as well.

    These should be very simple to fix but basically make the app ridiculous to have to use.

  • Broken “add comment”

    After opening a request, I can’t reply back to the building manager’s comment because the app screen doesn’t allow me to scroll down or zoom out enough to reach the “add comment” button. Please fix.
  • I hate this app

    Very difficult to use.
  • Login does not even work

    Absolutely trash. Confirmed my contact info and even reset password. Login with email and phone both are unresponsive. How does a product like this get rolled out in this state
  • App doesn’t link

    Everytime you try to do anything it just sends you to webpage. Email verification etc always goes to webpage instead of app. Really frustrating since you can’t set up notifications
  • Very Buggy

    The app UX is extremely poor. It’s impossible to add a comment response to an open ticket. The screen zooms in and does not let you scroll down to add the comment. There’s also no ability to add a photo in a comment response resulting in the need to follow up via email—essentially defeating the purpose of the app.

  • If you get logged out that’s it.

    Once you get logged out there is no logging back in with the app, you will only be able to log in through the website
  • Worst ux ever

    My apartment complex moved to this app. Didn’t have a problem during the sign up process but this app is worse than the old app we had. It was much more efficient. This app is too buggy and need serious improvement to be useful.
