    Sign in button is grayed out for me. No alert whatsoever
  • I DON’T LIKE THIS APP. Needs changes made.

    My Apartment Complex switched over to this app. But it’s not good. I can’t review my lease agreement since it’s electronic. I can’t see my balance for rent or any other fees I may receive. Also, I don’t see any western union or MoneyGram information if I decide to pay electronically. I usually get money orders but the hours I work now, I’m not able to go in and pay and allow them to sign off on my receipts.

  • App is awful

    Can’t do anything, see anything, write anything, read anything….
    What exactly is this app for?????
  • Glitchy

    App is glitchy at times and can’t upload photos after a request has been entered already. When posting comments to a current request it zooms in if you don’t hit add comment first. Needs improvements.

  • App developer needs to update huge issue

    When writing a comment or a message the app zooms in on the screen and does not let you zoom out after to be able to post the comment or send the message… this interferes with communicating effectively with the association.

  • I’m forced to use this app by my complex and it’s rough

    The main point of using this app is to contact my complexes office staff or to lodge a ticket.

    Photo upload doesn’t exist if you wanted to upload a photo after it’s already been taken. Does anybody not use normal iOS II paradigms? This app doesn’t.

    No multiple photo upload either or video. Useless to document things.

    Wish they would just update this app to use basic iOS features. Like straight up copy them. It’s not hard. I’d give this 0 stars for being the worst if I could. I guess I’ll just wait for the canned reply of emailing them or calling them. On the phone. Yikes.

  • UX Dark Patterns

    The fact that this exists as a mobile app, with no web app or portal as an alternative, could be considered a dark pattern itself. The primary customer of this software is the landlord, not the tenant. This shows with every user experience design decision present within the application. They get an extra star for not being a webview

  • Bad service

    Terrible way to provide service to your tenants.
  • Cannot sign up

    Recently my apartment had me switch to this app and I couldn’t even sign up! I waited forever to get the confirmation email to sign up( after i requested it severa times), and then I can’t login with the acct/password I just used to register for the app. Super glitchy
