Courier hasn’t collected returns and Battling with Customer service
(In light of the below reply; I emailed this email on numerous occasions and this was never sorted out) another rate of customer service, this has been escalated! Please 5 weeks later and yet to get anywhere! Courier finally collected but no refund. Get told on IG take DA calls.

Hi, Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience we may have caused. We would like to confirm that return takes from 5-7 days maximum in case you have successfully replied to the courier upon attempting pick up moreover we are always attempting pickup 3 times for every return request. In case payment done via card the refund will be processed on the same card, if you paid cash the amount will be transferred on your store credit since we don't have any bank details. Email us your order number and items number so that we get the chance to check the quality of the products delivered. Noting that all our products are adhered to quality guidelines issued by Saudi government. Our Email is hello.ksa@stylishop.com and we will communicate with you directly.
