Great app but no single store knows it and i was not able to use it anywhere
To redeem offer , a seller needs to enter “pin”. No seller knew of Al Saada app let alone pin itself. I was made feeling like a “not the sharpest tool in the shed” telling that this app is a legit. I was given “are you all right, girl?” kinda looks from the sellers. I wanted to make a purchase of 6000 aed and ended up canceling the transaction due to approach from seller and his comment of “al Saada, what is this?” App

Very slow
Doesn’t load and very slow. Need a huge improvement.
Can’t unsubscribe from emails
After getting the app I started to receive promotional emails that I never signed up for. I asked to stop getting these emails but I’m still getting them.
Unable to register
Takes a long time to load to register, afterwards the Nationality drop-down is empty, but is a mandatory field
Unsure how to use
Note: you must be in UAE and not have VPN turned on to sign up. You cannot sign up until after you pass through customs at airport.
Instructions aren’t clear on how to redeem. Can I buy tickets online directly and get refunded at the venue? Do I have to buy tickets at the venue? Unclear on how to receive the discounts.

Can’t select nationality
Unable to use this app as I can’t select the nationality in the drop down box.
Cannot input nationality
I am not able to input my nationality and cannot register as a tourist.
