Leave a Review DOOM II
Great port bad controls
It’s a great port of doom2 but the controls aren’t that great. I have gotten used to the touch controls but it took quite some time. If the developers aren’t gonna fix them. At least enable a way to connect a blue tooth keyboard and mouse. Keyboard and mouse does work but you can’t turn or fire your weapon. I feel like it’s such a low effort fix. They should also allow button mapping for touch controls as well. The activate button is in a weird spot on the screen. I’m just hoping they take all these comments into consideration since 90% of them are complaining about the controls. Oh and one more thing! Plz allow online multiplayer so we can go demon hunting with friends. I hope you take this review into consideration. Thank You! -DavidShow lessGreat port bad controls

Great game obviously, not going into the history of it once again, but these controls don’t do the gameplay justice. Matter of fact, they are so sluggish and accidental that they full on drag the experience down. For example, it’s like playing electric guitar and having to hold it up at the same time because you didn’t buy a strap - playing’s almost impossible. These controls are like the equivalent to that. The gameplay indeed suffers as a result. If we could adjust the size and position like others have said, that just might be crazy enough to work! My fat thumbs can’t press the fire button all the time so a one size fits all approach here is NOT the way to treat such a classicShow less
