App doesn’t show remaining balance
I downloaded the app to charge while on the road. I put money on the account but now can’t tell how much it cost to charge and what I have left on my balance. It also said I had no charging history after I completed a charge. Quite annoying.
Not compatible with apple password auto fill
App requires frequent re-login and won’t accept apple passwords filled in through apples password manager. They have to be typed in manually. Very annoying and inconvenient.
Glitch at End of Charging session?
The app is functional enough - got my ID.4 charging easily. But when I stopped the charging session via the app, it showed my session as “finishing” but it never showed completed until I restarted the app and manually stopped the charging session on the charger.
Works
Installed app, jumped through hoops, added $5 and now I’m happily charging my car.
Photo upload is nice
I told my friend who owns a business with his F charger that they could upload photos to show off their charging station. It’s pretty slick!
Unsuccessful attempt
Well, that was a waste of time. I was going to top off a bit for more peace of mind, but alas.
I managed to download the app, since the instructions on the machine that said I could use a credit card if I didn’t have the app were incorrect.
The app, bear in mind, it’s 37 degrees and windy, so any delay is magnified—was easy enough tocreate an account, but it started charging and promptly errored out.
Having read reviews, I opted not to try again.

Gets the job done
Don’t know what more you could want out of a charger app.
Room for Improvement
Downloaded and installed app on my iPhone. Read the reviews. Agree 100%. App is trash. Couldn’t get my cc info to load. App locks up and forces you to reboot your phone to clear the screen. Uninstall/reinstall, no joy.

Needs work
The app fails to release the previous charging session and is unusable until it is deleted and reinstalled. Phone support was able to start the charge, but that makes the process unnecessarily slow.
Log-in difficult
Clunky, slow and requires very good internet data connection. I try to avoid this company’s chargers as this APP is difficult and their chargers are spotty
