Not able to add my home charger to the app
Not able to add my home charger to the app, bought this one because it was supposed to be a smart charger with Wi-Fi connectivity, but when I called customer support was told that that part of the app is not even working yet. If a feature isn’t yet working, why advertise it?

Out of 20+ chargers in our building with over 1000 units, only 1 charger works. But they still pre-authorize $5 every single time you try to charge. Racked up $50 today in pre authorization's and was still not able to get a successful charge. Not only that, it takes 14 hours for a full charge for the 1 charger that does work. Also nonexistent support that doesn't respond to submitted requests. Garbage. Such garbage.

Broken charger, Unable to refund
Their charger didn’t work, and when I asked for a refund they said their software doesn’t have the ability to refund if you use guest mode I had to call my bank and report it as fraud to reverse the charges! On top of that, every time you initiate a charge, it places a $20-50 pre-authorization on your card. Since it took multiple attempts to connect, it places $160 worth of pre-authorizations on my card
