Out of 20+ chargers in our building with over 1000 units, only 1 charger works. But they still pre-authorize $5 every single time you try to charge. Racked up $50 today in pre authorization's and was still not able to get a successful charge. Not only that, it takes 14 hours for a full charge for the 1 charger that does work. Also nonexistent support that doesn't respond to submitted requests. Garbage. Such garbage.Show lessThe guyy!!
Broken charger, Unable to refund
Their charger didn’t work, and when I asked for a refund they said their software doesn’t have the ability to refund if you use guest mode I had to call my bank and report it as fraud to reverse the charges! On top of that, every time you initiate a charge, it places a $20-50 pre-authorization on your card. Worst EV charger I’ve ever used
My apartment just installed these chargers, switching from ChargePoint. I have no idea why. After waiting for over a week for them to be installed, I go to charge my id.4 and it won’t charge. Had to pay a ridiculous initial fee of $20. After trying FOUR times, my card was charged a total of $80. The charges will drop off, but that’s besides the point. And then, to boot, I try a Flo charger across the street from my apartment, that I’ve successfully used multiple times, and my car won’t now won’t accept the Flo charger. Loop says they escalated the issue but it seems from the reviews that this is an ongoing problem. So now my car is at the dealership for them to reset my charger. They say that sometimes if a charger puts out too much electricity the battery will go into safe mode and just won’t allow any charging to occur until the system has been reset.

Flaky as can be
The most unreliable app and device I’ve ever used. I’m stuck with this charger as it’s in my apartment structure, but I haven’t been able to charge recently. Interface is over complex, auto logs out, charging devices are a coin toss if they’re gonna work that day or not. System is down for last 2 weeks
Loop charges $1.00 and 50 cents per kw which is way more than charge point. Unfortunately the apartment I just moved into signed a deal with Loop and this is the only option available. I haven’t been able to charge for the last 4 days. Hoping they get it together.LisaLevyn
Worst app I have to use
This is by far the worst app I have to use. I only can get the charger to start on its own about 10% of the time and even those times I have to take extra steps just to find the charger because the last couple weeks the app gets an error anytime I try to search for a charger. The other 90% of the time I have to call support to have them activate the charger since the app just doesn’t work.Show lessAstephens512
Terrible app
There are unexpected errors constantly which is ironic- because that’s the one thing you can expect. 3 of the 12 chargers at my workplace will not start when I plug in. Support says they check the chargers and they are “working”, however, if the charging won’t start due to connectivity between the charger and the app it’s like saying “there’s gas in the pump!” when the trigger to get the gas into the car is broken. AWFUL.
Truly frustrating every single morning, every time my colleagues and I try to charge here at work there is an error with the app. There has never not been a problem, it’s always reporting “unexpected error” which is ironic because the error is always expected. Repeatedly broken. Have been using this app for a year (I am forced to use it as they manage the charger at my complex). It is repeatedly broken, not saving favorites, sometimes just not working at all. As we speak it is not allowing me to do anything and popping up an error "Something went wrong. Unexpected error occurred."
This happens all the time though so I'm not surprised. Guess I'll be hitting a supercharger tomorrow instead 👎
As someone who works in tech, I gotta say that this must be one of the worst/most poorly managed dev teams that I've seen.Show lesshacksh0t
