  • Nope

This app will not function in places that have poor signal, like a parking garage. Cryptic error messages like “phone is busy, try the other” when editing contact information, etc. I had to pay before trying to start a charge session and it can’t start the session.

This app is unusable for its intended purpose.

  • The support team can’t fix the charger by my parking space.

Having a difficult time with this company as they are promising me that they will fix the charger same day, then they send me an email that it’s fixed and once I’m coming with empty battery it’s still not working!!! Laying to the customers and doesn’t provide the service!!! Unhappy and can’t recommend

  • Back to polluting the earth I go

Love my e car however I’ve just moved to a apartment block with Loop and there is no way I can afford to keep this on the road at $105 a month for subscription.

You would think Loop would offer tiered subscription options for different users but they only offer one fixed subscription cost geared towards heavy users.

I charge my Fiat once a week. The cost on a pay per use would be around $6 per charge so it would cost me around 30 bucks a month, instead I am forced to pay over 3 x that.

Ridiculous pricing and monopolising of residential chargers, I am now forced to go back to a gas guzzling car.

  • App Doesn’t Work, Costs Me More $

Can’t charge my car because the app doesn’t work, despite me paying $105/month.

Edit: Back a month later with the same issue - the chargers don’t work. It’s been hours since the support team said they’d have it back up and running…and now it’s 10PM and I have to go to sleep without enough charge to get to work tomorrow. Now I’ll have to figure out how to charge my car and pay even more money to charge my car elsewhere, meanwhile they still expect their $105 for the month…it’s like going to the gas station on E and there’s no gas left, but you already paid for the gas in advance. They obviously are trying and didn’t do this on purpose, but in this business, it’s unacceptable and ridiculous when people are paying and relying on you in such a major way.

  • Charger review

Love the charging station however even if I have my regular charger favorited/saved, I still have to scan the charger to start it. This makes the saved portion kind of useless.
As well, it would save a lot of time if we had the option to reload our card automatically when it gets low so that I don’t lose out on finishing a charge or so that If Im running late I don’t need to manually do it through the app.
    Thanks!

  • Don’t listen to the low ratings

I live in hollywood and recently finally just got my fist Tesla. If it weren’t for loop, i would’ve had to moved or lived at super chargers.
It’s $90/mo for unlimited charging. Uses scanning a QR code to begin charging.
More than worth its weight in gold.

Customer support is really responsive and they take a professional approach.

    Great people. Great app.

    Thank you!

  • Exceptional Customer Service

Very convenient to use and exceptional customer service!
  • Best EV Charging Service

The EV charging stations are very easy to use, very reasonably priced, and the mobile App is very easy to use.

I hope to see more Loop charging stations that I can, as this is turning out to be my favorite EV charging service.
  • $150/month is extremely unreasonable

$150/month is extremely unreasonable. I’ll stick to a different network
  • One of worst thought out companies I’ve seen

You pay a monthly fee ($125 or more) in order to access the service but you have to wait one week to get the card in the mail to use the chargers. So you charged for week but can’t use the service. Horrible concept they won’t last as a company
