  • Extremely bad.

    None of the chargers worked. The app charges me $20 or $5 pre auth but then the “swipe to start charging” is grey and not responsive.

    Ruined our plans as we booked this hotel specifically because it had EV chargers.

    Please don’t respond to this review it’s already done and I will ALWAYS call hotels to make sure that the EV chargers available are not LOOP. So so so bad look at the other reviews.

  • Won’t work when you need it most

    I consistently encounter problems with this charger. Sometimes it fails to charge, leaving me unable to do anything. When I reach out to customer service, they are unable to assist. After a lengthy delay, they may restart the charger, and it functions again, but often not when I need it. Additionally, I’ve experienced payment issues; it charged me twice, and upon contacting them, I regretted it.

  • Failed to stop charging

    We stopped the charging on the app. Unplugged for 1 hour already. The app still shows we are charging. The money keeps going up. Called customer support no response. Couldn’t leave a voicemail. Uninstalled, logged out. Removed card. Nothing could stop the charging. @.@“.

  • This is my least favorite app I have to use

    Seriously! My building has these chargers, so I have to use the app but it’s really bad. I was just forced to update today and I now am unable to get the machine to start charging (my husband same thing - we’ve tried multiple outlets) and it messed up our whole day!

    But that’s just today! Every time I open this app I am logged out, and have to login. Fine. It then asks for my password and then when I enter it it asks me every time if I want to protect my account with a password??? I just entered the password! It also forced me to add “funds” to my loop account, but I can’t use them! The only options when I pay are credit card, Apple Pay, or loop card, but loop card seems to be different from loop balance??? And if you close out of a charging session there is no way to get back to it even if it’s active???? I’m so lost. I hate this app.

Anecdotally, the Loop system is the least reliable EV charging experience.

  • Shady app

    If you click the “stop” button on the app, charging doesn’t stop. The service in fact keeps charging you money, even though you think you stopped the charge. Be sure to double check. I was over charged several dollars. Luckily, my gut told me to check the app.

  • Simple and Easy

    This was the easiest charging station I’ve ever used. My EV was charged quickly and I was notified timely to move my vehicle. Highly recommend others to use the Loop charging stations.

  • Five people all trying , no one can get it to work

    Standing here trying to charge my car. The charger never turns on. Everyone says the same. Try chargepoint . Obviously they need to spend the investors money to install these things, but no interest in the engineer to make it actually work

  • Broken charging station

    They won’t come out to fix it. I’ve requested they fix it for the past six months! Never dealt with a company that lacks this kind of customer service
