It’s ok, I guess. It’s very slow sometimes, social media stories or posts that contain videos take forever to upload, it’s annoying and frustrating. I probably wouldn’t have ordered this had I paid more attention to the *“speeds up to”* 500 mps fine print. Customer service is very polite and responsive though, wait times are pretty short (usually just a few minutes) and they’re available 24/7, which is nice. And I did end up getting a 45 day free trial when I signed up. If you live alone or have a roommate or partner and you’re just using this internet to watch tv, use your laptops or your phones, this internet plan is fine. But if you have multiple devices connected like my family and I do (2 TVs, 3 phones, 2 gaming systems, 3 laptops, an air fryer etc), then I’d keep looking for something faster.
