Need partial payment option
Please update the app to allow us to make partial payments instead of having to call and give info over the phone, having a partial payment option would make this app 10x times better! Other than that I’ve had no issues…S.D508
Password reset never works
The password reset function never works, making it impossible to access your account and pay your bill. They won’t allow you to set up auto pay over the phone. All the Eversource newsletters go to my email, so I know I’m using the correct one, but the password reset email fails to send every, single, time.Show lessRF1234tyuj
Pain if you pay from multiple bank accounts
Generally a good app, I’ve linked several properties/ accounts, I can check the bill and pay easily. While I have given each payment account a nickname, I can only see the nicknames when editing each payment option. Otherwise it’s never shown to you. Not very useful. Want to pay a bill? You better have memorized the last 4 digits of your account numbers, there is no way to see what bank or what nickname you gave. If you have just one payment method you won’t care and you are all set.Show lessRandycat
