Worst customer service
Service , good luck in actually talking to someone , their My Frontier app doesn’t even let you register , constantly says “technical error on their end” … their options to speak to a person are limited and don’t direct you to help resolve the issue , instead you will wind up in technical support or another department… when you do speak with someone , you will get bounced around bcuz no one is actually set to solve your problem … I nearly cancelled my service before it started as I had to beg to get the installation process initiated … when I tried their recommendation of My Frontier app to make a payment , the app don’t work … now I’m on hold for over one hour to fix this app issues , … the hot line says “press one for a call back without losing your place” so I do , and each time it don’t work and my wait gets longer by 5 mins each time I try this option …. Their internet is great but at this point their service is too poor to bear …
