Bad service with Breezeline
I’ve had nothing but terrible service/bandwidth with Breezeline. I called for troubleshooting help and I’m pretty sure the guy hung up on me, we got disconnected and he didn’t call me back. So I had to wait on hold twice, both times for like 20+ minutes. Pretty sure I’ll be switching back to Spectrum because they’re the devil and are overpriced but at least they work.Show lessScheduled payments
The way Breezeline payments are scheduled don’t make sense, It should be from day 1 of the month to day 31 of the month regardless of when service is started you just have to prorated it was hard for me getting started with this account and having to come up with 2 months of payments in the first cycle why put a new customer through that no other cable company does this.Show lessNew customer. I just switched from Comcast to Breezeline yesterday. Couldn’t create a new account on the app as I was not provided our account number. Now that I received it after asking, I find that my email address is not correct. This is not something that was entered by me, but appeared when I logged in. I’ve attempted to correct it in the app, with no luck.
I won’t even get into how Internet and TV are working. Let’s just say, they are not.Show less
