Extremely difficult to figure out month to month comparison as they change the billing start and end date resulting in billings that range from 27 to 32 days. Seriously?
They charge you to pay them online, although it clearly saves them money not to have to process paper checks, and now it’s a third party for the online app. that will scape my data. The ultimate cheap trick.

The function of the app is fine and easy to use. What I didn’t like was when I signed in this time I received a message that Exelon that in order to sign on I had to agree to give Exelon access to my personal information. It is not right that I am forced to grant that access in order to have access to electricity.Show lessIssue
I had the app 4 months now and everything wa good but now I can't even see my bill it's missing days hopefully this will get fixed soon I like know how much I used every day
