$2.25 convenience fee is a joke!
If your telling me that the total of the convenience fee is actually the $4.50(which would be crazy) and I’m paying half, well that I can understand. Being that it is convenient for both parties there’s no way we as the customer should be paying that full fee ourselves. Convenience for everyone should be shared by everyone including ACE….quick question, if we the customers are helping ACE recoup there smart meter investment does that makes us investors in ACE? Your business plan should be considered a crime against your customers.
