I reject playing a charge for credit card payment.
I see there will be an additional 6% fee if I pay by credit card.
Payment by credit card is seen as a benefit to your customer by making it easier for them to pay the bill. Paying by credit card was cheaper to process by businesses because of the time involved in handling checks. Credit card usage has been considered a win-win.
Now you want your customer to pay third-party to get involved and expect the customer to pay your expenses. I reject the idea of my paying someone else to do your work and will mail you a check for the payment of my bill.Show lessUnreliable bill data reflection
I generally do not have issues, but it’s been quite a few times I go to pay a bill, and there is inaccurate account information. One page will show I owe one amount, and the next will show a completely different amount, or even say I have a credit balance.. By the time the issues are resolved or I stop seeing some sort of “we’re currently experiencing technical issues “ message, my bill is at risk of being late.Show lessGreat service

When outages occur which are usually caused by trees falling or disasters beyond their control the restored power in a reasonable time.
