App doesn’t work, can never login
I’ve tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps—updating the app, reinstalling it, ensuring my iOS is up to date, and checking my internet connection—but nothing resolves the issue. It’s evident from other user reviews that I’m not alone in facing this problem. For instance, a user reported that the app “says that it is temporarily unavailable” and that “it has been like this for months” .
As a major utility provider, FPL should prioritize delivering a functional and reliable app to its customers. The inability to access account information, pay bills, or report outages through the app is unacceptable. I urge FPL to address these ongoing technical issues promptly and provide its customers with the service quality we deserve.
Until then, I cannot recommend this app to anyone.
