Worst company to deal with
The app is fine but the company is very dishonest, unprofessional, and greedy to say the least. I could write a book about problems I've had with dominion energy. One being that I had a power hook up at a shed on my land and was supposed to be turned on 2 months later than the phone call when I could have an electrician out there to check everything out. They immediately started the connection and made me pay even after there was an investigation in what was said during my call. I was correct about telling them not to start service right away and they charged me a new connect fee plus the 2 months of service that I did not authorize. I moved away from Virginia and am so thankful I don't have to deal with dominion ever again. Garbage

works great-privacy issues
i have zero issues with logging on to the app and adding my account info so i can pay my bill and then paying my bill.
my bill is paid on time just like the website.
however
i did some digging and found the app is sending tracking info about me to google, quite a bit of it.
The "do not track" feature does not work here.
i really do not appreciate this at all.
This probably in the terms of service that we all agree to install the app in the long version of lawyer jargon of "agree or don't" that we get to spy on
I was just looking for a simplified way to pay my power bill. I didn't look at the terms of service thoroughly not thinking my power company would want to spy on me for marketing purposes, they are just giving me an easy way to pay my bill.

there are some choice curse words i would add
but would not pass the apple app review folks
stop spying on me

Face ID Doesn’t Work | Payment Information Randomly Missing
I don’t think the Face ID has worked once since I got this app 2 years ago. It registers and says success… but then doesn’t log in or fill out the fields with the credentials. Also not sure who you use for warehousing but I can’t go into my account until a day after I get a payment notification. I go to the payment screen and my external account is missing “would you like to add a bank account?” “No… I’d like to use the one I already have linked.” Obviously I can log in like 12 hours later and it’s there but such a weird bug. Assuming it’s because everyone gets their payment notification and logs in at the same time. With update… nothing changed 😂
