Lately Syncing/Pairing Function Very Unstable.
As of today (2/15/23) there’s no record of my last 3 days of sessions though I missed only one of six sessions. Up till then I was scoring 100% though I frequently have to play catch-up because of the syncing/pairing issue.
I’m re-sync constantly these days but it only works 40% of the time, even though it says it’s paired with my Bluetooth. Please help. Thank you.
Hoping for for quality of life improvements
The last thing, I can’t actively switch between the app Home Screen or any other screens when I’m doing a treatment, it reverts back to the treatment timer always. I would love to be able to make notes during my treatment not just before or after. It would be great to get a separate tab for it, regardless of if the vest is in use or not it could say “standby” or “not detected” or something during off hours.
