Lately Syncing/Pairing Function Very Unstable.

Been using this app for more than 2 yrs & while it’s been s l o w l y improving from when I began, lately it’s NOT syncing up so I’m days behind in my score.

As of today (2/15/23) there’s no record of my last 3 days of sessions though I missed only one of six sessions. Up till then I was scoring 100% though I frequently have to play catch-up because of the syncing/pairing issue.

I’m re-sync constantly these days but it only works 40% of the time, even though it says it’s paired with my Bluetooth. Please help. Thank you.

Hoping for for quality of life improvements

I have nothing against the app, but there’s a couple things I would love to be fixed. As someone else on another review mentioned, the countdown clock keeps running during my rest periods. And I’m not sure what’s causing it, but I guess I might have missed the window for my goals, and the count will go towards a future (night treatment) and then say I didn’t get my second treatment for the day in when I have.
The last thing, I can’t actively switch between the app Home Screen or any other screens when I’m doing a treatment, it reverts back to the treatment timer always. I would love to be able to make notes during my treatment not just before or after. It would be great to get a separate tab for it, regardless of if the vest is in use or not it could say “standby” or “not detected” or something during off hours.

Great WHEN it Works

When I was a beta tester this app was great, but now that it’s rolled out … not so much. This would be a great app if it worked more consistently. I’ve actually gotten emails about the importance of my using my vest conscientiously when the problem (and my lowering “score”) is not due to me not using it, it’s the result of the app NOT recording the use. Also, sometimes the countdown clock works (countdown during the “shake”, clock pausing during the “rest” period), but more than often it just keeps counting down while you’re NOT supposed to be shaking. Very frustrating!
