RECORD INFUSIONS
The Hizentra App makes it easy for you to record infusions. Just scan the QR code with your device’s camera and record details such as infusion sites. With improved scanning, the date, time, lot number, expiration date, form type, and form size will be automatically captured.
TRACK
With the Hizentra App, every infusion you log becomes a digital record of your therapy history, which you can review and edit at any time. You can filter your records by date or search by lot number or keywords from your past infusions. The Hizentra App lets you share your infusion data as a PDF.
DATA
With your consent, the Hizentra App will store your data in a secure cloud, backing up your infusion history and syncing across your devices. If you currently have the MyHizentraTM Infusion Manager on your device, you can migrate your previously recorded infusions, so you don’t lose your data.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
WARNING: Thrombosis (blood clots) can occur with immune globulin products, including Hizentra. Risk factors can include: advanced age, prolonged immobilization, a history of blood clotting or hyperviscosity (blood thickness), use of estrogens, installed vascular catheters, and cardiovascular risk factors.
If you are at high risk of blood clots, your doctor will prescribe Hizentra at the minimum dose and infusion rate practicable and will monitor for signs of clotting events and hyperviscosity. Always drink sufficient fluids before infusing Hizentra.

We listened to your feedback and fixed several issues from our last update. This included the OTP screen disappearing, session timeouts, and expiration date mismatches, along with a few other maintenance activities. Please continue sharing your feedback with us! I try and use the app, but it shuts down on me after about twenty minutes. This has been doing this to me for a while now. If I could give 0 u. I would. It needs fixed.
I have downloaded the newest version. But it still doesn’t work.
App still shuts off about twenty minutes and then wants to start all over again. I just can’t trust the app to work anymore. Dr says to keep records of Hizentra infusions but I cannot do it digital. I have to write it all down like I used to. Please fix it. It is a Bother.
