Flawed system

My son loves the app but the system is flawed and I would like a refund of my 60 dollars , the part where it says enter your birth year my 3 year old got through and charged me 60 bucks . I checked myself and you can put in any random birth year and you will get through . Had I known that I would have been watching his every move on the app.

Hello Marilah, to comply with the COPPA guidelines, we must ensure that the parental area is accessible by an 18+ adult only. The multiplication question can be answered by anyone below 18 years old as well. Hence, we have the birth year as the parental control to ensure that it is accessed by anyone above 18 years only. Great educational game!

Keeps my toddler entertained and allows for motor skill practice and problem solving!

i clicked free trial and it took my money anyway! no happy!

Hello, we do not charge any amount without your permission. If you have started a free trial, it automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the free trial. Always turn-off auto-renewal if you do not wish to continue. You will also be directly charged if you had taken a free trial before from the same account. If you have any queries, please contact us at support@kidlo.com.

Scam

Paid the subscription and now the app won't work. Fully paid and the app won't recognise the yearly sub. Want my money back ASAP

Very bad

Only interested in your buying the full game. Free game is nothing.

Subscription doesn’t work across apps

Purchased subscription and it only works on one app. The rest say there is no subscription with the Apple ID even though it shows in Apple subscriptions and I was charged. The app also freezes often and frustrates my toddler. The app is up to date. It makes no difference.

Paid for, but never would load.

Subscription purchase glitchy

Paid for the subscription which worked well for the day, but upon reopening the app everything was locked again. App Store shows my subscription as current however the app hangs when trying to restore purchase. We have tried restarting, reinstalling and updating to no avail.
