Hello Marilah, to comply with the COPPA guidelines, we must ensure that the parental area is accessible by an 18+ adult only. The multiplication question can be answered by anyone below 18 years old as well. Hence, we have the birth year as the parental control to ensure that it is accessed by anyone above 18 years only. We have mailed to you from support@kidlo.com with the steps to help you further as well.

Hello, we do not charge any amount without your permission. If you have started a free trial, it automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the free trial. Always turn-off auto-renewal if you do not wish to continue. You will also be directly charged if you had taken a free trial before from the same account.
