  • Setup parameters

Can’t find parameter setting. Metric distances should be available.
  • Extremely annoying pop ups.

I refuse to pay a subscription for an app that displays freely available information. If you don’t pay they nag you with pop ups every other tap. There is little to no benefit of this app compared to the Tesla app or others. This app is not worth my time or money.
  • Charging is now easier

This app makes your life easier. As soon as you open it it shows you where you are and what chargers are around you. You click one charger location and it gives you its details and how to get there. Simple and effective. What more can you ask for!
  • Helps

Great if you quickly want to see the closest superchargers to your location. Sorted list that shows you the closest first is like a hack.
  • Beware of scam

I downloaded this app in error and clicked the option not to pay a subscription.
Since this time I have had multiple charges attempted, so many that I had to cancel my card!
This was the only new thing that I had charged to this card as it is one I do not use often.
  • Beware of phishing and credit card theft!

I regret downloading this app. It steals your credit card information and yes I admit I fell for the scam; it asks for too much information in its “onboarding” process but by the time I realized it was a scam it was too late 😤. Not long after I noticed unauthorized charges on my credit card and received phishing emails attempting to steal more of my information. Customer service is nonexistent when I tried to address these issues by contacting the developer. It's clear to me now that this app is a front for phishing and stealing credit card information. If I could give negative stars I would. Shame.

  • Fraudulent scam. Do not download!

This app fraudulently tries to steal your credit card and address! While using this app to find superchargers I was deceived by a pop-up ad prompting me to provide my credit card details in order to charge my car. After I gave the information nothing happened so I thought that was odd and kind of shady so I monitored my bank account transactions afterwards and realized a bunch of fraudulent charges were being made by someone in Paris who charged my card at an Omega watch store! Thankfully my bank resolved the issue and I immediately deleted this scam app. Do not download this app, it’s a scam! CC info is fine, got another one but what hurts most is now my personal address is probably in the hands of some cyber criminal

  • Nag screen incessant, no clear value

I downloaded this to compare to the free Superchargers app which has served me extremely well for 6 years. I see nothing this app does that the Superchargers app doesn’t do — as I don’t need route planning (my Tesla does that) and I rarely use non-Tesla chargers and the free PlugShare app fills that need very well.
I appreciate developers giving us choices, thanks for that, but the free version is too nagging and I don’t see value for the $50 price, so I have deleted this app.

  • Pay First

Downloaded this app to see if it was a better route planner than Tesla, looks promising, but you can’t test the app you can’t route in the app you can’t look at anything unless you Pay First!
Subscription is $15 a month or $50 a year which is very weird. I don’t wanna throw away $15 (or $50) just to see if I’m even going to like the app or if it’s going to work for me, seems like a steep price just to test drive the software.
So I deleted it moved on, there are far too many options out there to waste people time/money, plus, it all just gave me bit of a Shady Vibes.
