I enjoy playing this game very much but I made a purchase for some diamonds and never received them :/
Very upset about this... I never been the type to spend money on phone games but this game is the only game I have come across that I like to continue playing. Hopefully those diamonds come through.
Also the levels get harder and it also makes it more hard to earn money to upgrade utensils and stuff.

Love it but needs work
Cooking games are my favorite. So I was excited to download this black produced one especially since it features food from my hometown New Orleans. I want to like this game so bad but it makes it hard to. I’ve been on level 65 for weeks. Ive gold starred every level so I can’t earn more coins that way. So I watched a bunch free coin videos to buy upgrades. And even with all the upgrades I STILL cant beat the level. I’ll try to give each customer a king cake so their bar is on green and still can’t beat it. I definitely won’t spend my real money on upgrades. I never saw a “pink shift” or extra levels. Also my lives are often taken from me. I’ll have all 5 lives, lose a level and then I somehow have 0. But the thing I dislike the most about this game is it’s terrible touch response!!!! It often trashes items after clicking once. Often I have to click food items 4 times before it goes to the pan. This game needs to work out the kinks but once that’s done I think it’ll be more pleasurable vs frustrating. Still going to play I hope I can beat level 65 one day.

Game flow needs improvement
When the game progresses with reasonable challenges, it’s good. When support is poor, it’s not.
The latest update leads to the most freezes and crashes yet. I had to contact support three times over about two weeks to get a response and never heard back after one of them. The updates to the game and process of introducing new menu items and how to make them is also bad. If you’re on a level and start making a dish, it shouldn’t take until 5 levels later to show you how to make it. You’ve figured it out by then!

Recent Update
OMG. I was on level 100. Updated the game and it took me all the way back to level 1. Deleted all of my progress. This game was addictive. Even though there were always glitches I wanted to give it more than a fair shot because it was black owned. Good game but after updating and it deleting everything I did I will be deleting this app.

Needs some fixing
So the game is fun however. When I upgraded with two different packages I didn’t receive the items. Also seems to be a delay in touch screen. Has a lot of potential. Updated review I went to play and it said I was playing the old version and needed to update . I did so it took all my point away and I have to start from level one. Come on guys

I want to support this black owned app
I love playing cooking games! Although I'm proud that this is a black owned app, there are some turn offs about this game. The touch sensitivity while serving customers needs to improve. The "free coins" options needs to actually give you free coins after watching an entire ad. The bonuses should open up in the earlier levels & pink levels that are explained in the beginning of the game, should actually be given. I'd like to keep my hopes up high for this game, so I'll stick around to see if these changes occur in the near future. I believe in you!

Needs improvement
Like other comments have said this game is fun and I love that it’s black created, but they have some things to work on. Once you get to the higher levels it’s harder and harder to make enough money and then on top of that the upgrades in the shop are crazy expensive. I reached the point where I’ve replayed all the levels to make money but it’s still not enough to buy the upgrades I need to advance in the game. It seems like they’re trying to get you to spend actual money on upgrades and coins which I will not do.
Also, the customers are hard to please. If they have multiple things in an order and you fulfill one or two of the things, the happy meter does not go up until you complete the order COMPLETELY. So it’s stressful when they get mad. So until they fix this I will not be playing for awhile.

It was fun...
Once you get to higher levels I feel like they try to force you into buying diamonds or coins because the customers don’t pay you enough to reach the goal amount. And you don’t have enough money to pay for upgrades. It’s a bummer but I guess that’s a way to make money off the game. Stuck at level 105! Not enough coins for an upgrade. Sad I have to delete the game.

This game was great up until a certain point.
This game was great up until a certain point. I am on level 43 and I have played all the rounds and gotten the top tier for all except 2 of them. Level 43 is impossible to win without another upgrade. I am unable to buy another upgrade because I am unable to earn additional coins. They say look for extra shifts around the city in the pink, I have never gotten an extra shift to work in order to earn additional coins. Please fix this glitch in the game because I am stuck at this level and can’t move forward without more coins. I will have to delete the game if I am unable to move forward.

Now all my game progress is gone! If they think I’m going to start back at level 1 after BEATING level 110, you got another thing coming! 🤬 Reducing my review to 1 star for this 👎🏽. This game had potential but the glitches make it ridiculous.

Sooo level 110 finally unlocks, I beat it (which definitely cost money because it was hard af) and then the Paris levels DON’T EVEN LOAD?! The game is stuck on the loading screen every single time I open it now. I can’t even go back and play New Orleans. All this excitement for a crashing, glitchy update.
