The future of healthcare
App doesn’t function on iOS 16
Functionality prior to app failure was mostly frustrating. I’d used it to track my medication also but found this impossible to update in any efficient way (I can’t amend the start date of my meds so I have a long list of non-taken days and can’t edit this in any way other than going through each individual day - impossibly time consuming).
I thought this would be useful but it is just an annoying app that raises stress levels.

Hi Can you please contact us at support@livingwith.health. We would like to help you troubleshoot your issue with the app not opening. We would also like to take some feedback to improve our app as well. Kind regards Support
Dangerously out of date and inaccurate
The fatigue diary will be useful to those who are still struggling to manage their energy, but as this app is used by those attending long Covid clinics, it’s likely that most people will have found their own helpful patterns in the five or six months it takes to get a referral.
I feel for anyone coming to this app without having followed the scientific research done into long Covid, as it will, at best, misinform them, and at worst make their symptoms worse.
Response from developer
Hi Thank you for getting in contact with us. We very much appreciate you pointing out the issue with the high cortisol levels information within the app. Our clinical partners will update the information about cortisol's effect this month. We have updated our content frequently in response to patient and clinician feedback. For example, we have just updated the fatigue programme based on patient feedback. We would love to get detailed feedback from you and share it with the wider patient and clinician group along with NIHR, UCL and other organisations for their comments. Can you email us at support@livingwith.health? You would be helping us make our Long Covid advice better. Kind regards Support
