Save biller info is missing
For electric bill pay i alwz had to enter account no. for desco, but there should be an option to save biller account so that we easily pay bill with less effort.
Bogus…
Different types of messages r being given in different times. totally bogus…the Call Center number is Ali bogus. whenever I’m calling the phone is been received but no one is receiving the call finally n got disconnected.

Needs more functionality and to be friendly.
Where’s your competitive spirit when it comes to designing the App. ভালোই তো ব তে বেকুব ক্যাম্পেইন চালালেন। While your competitor has a Super-app, you offer us this! No sign of interactivity, fewer useful functions. From the homepage, it looks like an ancient dumb static application that doesn’t give you any friendly impression to a new user. Needs a lot of improvements, in fact, a major design and aesthetic change should be your priority.

Worst OTP service
OTP service is the worst! Tried opening an account through app but when the OTP is supposed to come it doesn’t even com! I have been trying to open an account for the last few days but the same problem occurs every time! Then I opened the account through dial up but then when I tried logging into my account again the same OTP problem occurs!
