Incomplete functionality
I try few times but it’s not sending OTP, really frustrating. I don’t know why the simple functionality of an app is not working properly.

OTP not receiving
I have tried online transaction several times but failed as OTP not received. Tried with OTP resend option but same problem persists. Please try to solve the problem.
Suspicious
this app asks for contact access permission when trying to add money from bank or debit card. don't understand why it needs to access my contacts for that.
I am not getting OTP when trying to login
I can access my nagad account through ussd but when trying to login through NAGAD app, it’s asking for OTP. But Nagad isn’t sending me the OTP and thus I can’t use the app. Please fix this issue.
Very poor quality missing the other options
Needs other options like Bkash, updates required.
How it registered
When I registered the nogod it didn’t want the nid card info and it registered

Nagad is a digital transition app from BD govt. that’s the best reason to use it . And at some point we should use it over bkash
Add money to wallet through Visa/iBanking
Cant add money to my wallet without visiting an agent. Which is not the case for Bkash. Please bring this basic feature.
