Price
But expensive for 5 minutes ride
A waste of money, it’s cheaper to Uber
So they don’t post prices anywhere, they only offer you prepaid plans which are like 33 dollars for one consecutive hour of riding the scooter. This is unnecessary if you are just going 10 min down the road which you would probably thinks costs a few dollars or 5 at most, but then you can’t park it anywhere so you have to park in the street and walk to anywhere that you may want to go further. In total I road the scooter for ten minutes and spent 20 dollars, you can’t stop the time unless you are in specific spots, the scooters go extremely slow compared to other scooter share companies as well. I would definitely recommend to everyone that they should just Uber instead of wasting money on those things.

App is glitchy
Constantly reads you in an incorrect area not allowing you to disconnect or park
Hours of operation.
At 2am I find myself with awful heartburn from Olive Garden spaghetti. So I head out in seek of some tums. Hotel said that their convenience store is open 24 hours a day so I head there just for it to be closed. Next idea Google said the cvs that’s around the corner is 24-7 so I head there on foot after passing one of these scooters, just for CVS to be closed. While walking in the opposite direction is a Walgreens a half mile up the road. I’m like I’ll use that scooter in my time of need. I download the app and accept the $25 fee just to find out the scooters have a strict time line. Nowhere on the site shows hours of operation. So after a 1 mile walk I’m better but without a scooter ride. I’ll delete the app now. Off to leave a bad review to CVS.

Scam
Tried to charge my account 25$ before I even rented or selected anything!! The literal second step was adding your card information and I already felt skeptical about that. I put the card info in and press continue and immediately I got a text from my bank saying that newt tried charging me 25$!! That’s a lot of money to charge when I haven’t even done anything on your app yet!! Thank god I have my card locked while I’m on vacation or else I would have gotten scammed!!!

So slow it was hard to stay balanced
Kept slowing down on its own unpredictably too. Not sure if this was just my unit but will have to try another to see
Super fun but not cheap
Quick learning curve, fun to ride! App was easy to learn too! Little expensive though. It was the same price as an uber.
Overall convenient with connection issues
I’ve used it about a half dozen times at this point. When it works it works well. However, there’s been about three scooters that I tried to connect to that either weren’t available or had some other problems.
Poor scooter quality
They asked for a review after 3 rides so I’m giving one. I’ve yet to find a good scooter. The first ones breaks we’re stuck making it unridable but I was still charged four dollars. The second one the throttle stuck which was a nice surprise the first time I wanted to stop at an intersection. The last one was the most decent but rattled so much it was obnoxious to ride.
App was easy to set up, would like to see Sign in with Apple or socials but other than that it was smooth. This review is really about scooter quality.

Price fair, app needs work
Signup was so painful and complicated I almost said I’ll just walk two miles. They must lose so much money to people who can’t get it to work. Scooters have QR codes to ride but app doesn’t even offer a way to scan. You have to find it on the map.
